Traffic police issue 60 DUI fines during six-hour Sunday night operation
Between 22:00 and 04:00 police found alcohol in 60 drivers; 55 were fined under the Law on Road Traffic Safety and five face criminal reports.

Traffic police wrote 60 fines to drivers found driving under the influence during a single six-hour operation carried out "between 22:00 and 04:00 this morning", the Ministry of Interior said.
During the action alcohol was detected in 60 drivers. Fifty-five drivers were sanctioned under the Law on Road Traffic Safety, while five drivers had criminal reports filed against them under the Criminal Code, the Ministry said.
Officers also discovered and sanctioned 124 additional traffic offenses during the same control operation.
Ongoing enforcement
The Ministry of Interior said the operation is part of continued checks on the roads. In a statement the ministry said it "will continue with intensified traffic controls in order to increase traffic safety and reduce the risks of traffic accidents."
Separately, authorities reported that a 44-year-old motorcyclist died near Brajchino after veering off the road.
