Adrijana Acevska marries Dino Filipov in Split

Folk singer Adrijana Acevska—known professionally as Adrijana Kesh—officially married her long-time partner Dino Filipov in Split, Croatia this weekend. The couple shared moments from the ceremony on social media, captioning their post: "We did it! Mr & Mrs Filipov."

Wedding look and celebration

For the ceremony in Split, Acevska chose a long white gown with thin straps, paired with a white jacket casually draped over her shoulders. Her hair was arranged in a high, voluminous ponytail and her makeup was kept subtle; she completed the look with dark sunglasses and a bouquet of pale pink and white blooms. Filipov wore a classic white shirt and beige trousers.

The celebration was attended by close friends and family, among them singer Tanja Jovanovska, a longtime friend of the bride who joined the couple during their moments around Split's streets.

Their romance began three years ago after meeting at one of Acevska's performances in Skopje. Although Filipov is Macedonian by origin, he lives and runs a business in Split, so the relationship for a time developed as a Skopje–Split connection.

Acevska—who has spent more than two decades on the folk scene—said she will put music on hold for now to enjoy the early days of married life, noting that the time for love has arrived. The wedding follows a dramatic summer proposal that reportedly took place inside a car while the couple were vacationing in Greece.
