Alban Taipi moves to Montenegro

Alban Taipi has completed a transfer to Montenegro and will spend the coming season with Ortrant Olympic Ulcinj in the Montenegrin championship.

The 23-year-old forward brings international experience, having played for Kudrivka in Ukraine and for several clubs in Hungary before making this move.

On the domestic stage Taipi featured for Renova, Besa, Detonit and Arsimi, and he represented North Macedonia at U17 and U18 levels.

New challenge in Montenegro

Taipi arrives in Ulcinj looking to establish himself and add regular minutes in a league that has become a common destination for players from the region seeking consistent playing time and exposure.

The transfer continues a busy summer for Macedonian footballers abroad: earlier reports noted that Stefan Ashkovski will play in Indonesia.
