ANB bought six Škoda cars for €159,000; tender drew a single bidder
Procurement records list a single bidder; the package includes regular service and six Škoda Octavia models.
The Agency for National Security (ANB) purchased six Škoda cars for a total of 159,000 euros including VAT, with regular servicing included in the contract, procurement records show.
According to the Public Procurement Bureau data, only one company submitted an offer for the open tender: Josifov DOOEL (import-export), Bitola.
Car models and specifications
Four of the vehicles are Škoda Octavia 1.5 TSI MT6 equipped with a manual six-speed gearbox, while the remaining two are Škoda Octavia 1.5 TSI DSG with automatic transmissions.
The same supplier, Josifov DOOEL, has provided vehicles to other state institutions this year: a joint-stock company responsible for construction and management of residential and business space acquired two vehicles under operational leasing from the firm.
Earlier public contracts awarded to the company included deliveries to the Civil Aviation Agency and to the Ministry of Interior when police vehicles were bought with funds from a Czech donation; the firm has also supplied cars to the Ministry of Public Administration and the Center for Development of the Southwestern Planning Region, among others.
The Agency for National Security previously refreshed part of its fleet in May 2024 by buying Renault Megane and Opel Corsa passenger cars, and also acquired a Peugeot passenger van.
