Andreas Trajkovski, one of North Macedonia's leading long jumpers, said he fulfilled a childhood dream after taking part in a conversation with Carl Lewis, the legendary figure in athletics.
Two-hour exchange with a legend
The Macedonian athlete conducted an interview in which he posed questions while Lewis provided answers; the discussion ran for about two hours. Trajkovski described the meeting as a special moment he will remember for the rest of his life.
The encounter was shared by Trajkovski on his social media and accompanied by a photograph from the meeting. The athlete said the experience was an honour and a rare opportunity to speak directly with one of the sport's greatest figures.
The programme that includes their conversation is scheduled to premiere on 14 September 2026. Fans will be able to see the full exchange then.
