Basiru Compaore completes transfer to Al Faisaly in Jordan
28-year-old striker Basiru Compaore leaves Struga Trim Lum and joins Jordanian side Al Faisaly.

Basiru Compaore has completed a high-profile move to Jordan, signing with Al Faisaly and joining the country's top division for the first time in his career.
Compaore left Struga Trim Lum this summer and, holding the necessary paperwork as a free agent, chose to continue his career in the Jordanian Pro League. The 28-year-old striker is expected to add pace and experience to Al Faisaly's forward line.
What the transfer means
Al Faisaly are one of Jordan's best-known clubs and compete regularly at the upper end of the national championship. The club's profile in the region — and on social media, where it counts some 600,000 followers — made it an attractive destination for Compaore.
Compaore previously featured for Struga Trim Lum in the domestic Macedonian league and departs after the club allowed him the freedom to move abroad during the summer transfer window.
A former Burkina Faso international, Compaore brings international experience to Al Faisaly as the Jordanian league continues to invest in foreign talent and grow its competitiveness across the Middle East.
Fans in Jordan and those who followed his spell in North Macedonia will now watch how the 28-year-old adapts to a new league and a different footballing environment.
