Barber in Sombor praised Nikola Jokić after a haircut

Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokić, 31, made an unexpected stop in the Serbian border town of Sombor, where he visited a local barber and left a lasting impression.
After his haircut, Jokić gifted the barber a signed Denver Nuggets jersey and several basketballs autographed by him; the gesture prompted the barber to post a short tribute on social media.
Barber's words and the reaction
In his message the barber wrote: "Some people are not great only because of what they achieve, but because of what they become when they reach the top. Nikola Jokić. A great champion, an even greater man."
Jokić is now preparing to join the Serbia national team in Belgrade, where he will take part in friendly fixtures against France and then the European qualifying window for the FIBA World Cup: Serbia faces Iceland in the Belgrade Arena on 28 August and meets Italy away in Pesaro on 31 August.
