Bojan Miovski posts appeal after Nations League defeats: "We must and we can do more!"
Miovski posted a brief appeal on Instagram after four defeats and a long goal drought in the Nations League.
Forward Bojan Miovski used his social channels on October 9, 2026 to send a short, forceful appeal to teammates and supporters as North Macedonia struggles in the current Nations League cycle.
Miovski's message followed an away fixture in Switzerland and came after the national side suffered four defeats in as many Nations League games and entered an extended spell without scoring.
Message and context
On Instagram Miovski wrote: "We must and we can do more! For this jersey, for North Macedonia!" (posted from @miovskibojan). The forward framed the comment as a reminder of the responsibility that comes with wearing the national shirt.
Captain Enis Bardhi had already spoken out in the days after the match in Switzerland, and Miovski's post is the latest public reaction from the squad as pressure mounts following the sequence of poor results.
The tone of Miovski's post was short but clear: a call for greater effort and unity as the team looks to halt the negative run and restore pride in the national colours.
