Darko Churlinov scored inside the fifth minute to give Pogon Szczecin an early 1-0 lead away at Raków Częstochowa.
It was his fourth goal of the season for Pogon in Poland’s top division, recorded in the 13th round of the championship.
Fast start and growing confidence
The quick opener underlined Churlinov’s sharp form this campaign. His contribution so far — four goals by round 13 — confirms a return to the level that earned him selection for North Macedonia’s senior national team.
Pogon protected the advantage in the remainder of the match as the visitors sought to build on the early strike, while Raków tried to respond after conceding so soon.
The result and Churlinov’s performance will be noted by supporters and national-team staff as the season progresses.
