Center for Crisis Management (CCM): Five Fires in Open Areas by 1 p.m. — Two Active in Dolneni and Kichevo
Two active fires in Dolneni and Kichevo; the fire near Dolna Boshava (Kavadarci) has been brought under control, and two were extinguished in Zhelino and Gostivar.
The Center for Crisis Management (CCM) reports that by 1 p.m. a total of five fires in open areas were recorded across the country, of which two are active, one has been brought under control, and two have been extinguished.
Active are the fires in the municipality of Dolneni, near the village of Vranche, where a field of grain is burning, and in the municipality of Kichevo, behind the Janchica sports hall, where dry grass is on fire.
Under control is the fire in the municipality of Kavadarci, near the village of Dolna Boshava, where low vegetation had been burning.
Extinguished fires
Two fires have been extinguished: in the municipality of Zhelino, near the village of Debarce, where low vegetation had been involved, and in the municipality of Gostivar, near the village of Gorna Banjica, within the premises of the SAEM factory, where dry grass and wooden waste had been burning.
All incidents were recorded as fires in open areas and were reported by 1 p.m., according to the CCM report.
