Dejan Mrvaljevic and Gogo Jovchev join the coaching team after Miodrag "Grof" Bozovic was hired on a contract through 2028.
FK Vardar has announced changes in its coaching staff following the appointment of Miodrag "Grof" Bozovic as head coach on a deal running until 2028. The club confirmed that Dejan Mrvaljevic and Gogo Jovchev will join the team as coaches, while Matija Mirkov has left the club.
Staff additions and a departure
In a brief club statement, "FK Vardar AD has strengthened its coaching staff with two coaches: Gogo Jovchev and Dejan Mrvaljevic."
The move comes after the naming of Bozovic as Vardar's new manager. The club says the two new coaches have been added to support the head coach as the team prepares for the remainder of the season.
According to club information, Matija Mirkov and Vardar have parted ways and he will no longer be part of the red-and-black squad.
The reshuffle completes the initial phase of changes in the technical team after the arrival of Bozovic, who signed a contract running through 2028. Vardar will now work with the renewed backroom staff as it aims to defend its domestic position.
