Në platformën e tij Truth Social, Trump kritikoi Fox News dhe e akuzoi televizionin për humbjet republikane, duke veçuar ftesën për Bill de Blasio: "Why did Fox News invite Bill de Blasio, the worst mayor in the history of New York, on air to pour out nonsense and rage like a lunatic? He left office with a shameful stigma, and the damage he caused is immeasurable." Ai përmendi gjithashtu humbjen e Greg Abbott ndaj demokratit Gina Hinojosa në garën për guvernator të Teksasit.
