Diesel cut by 6.5 denars, gasoline up 1 denar — new prices from midnight
RKE announced tonight’s price adjustments: Eurodiesel drops sharply while Eurosuper fuels rise slightly.

The national regulator has approved mixed changes to retail fuel prices: diesel sees a large cut while gasoline edges up.
The Regulatory Commission for Energy, Water and Waste Management Services (RKE) decided today that new retail prices for oil derivatives will take effect from midnight.
New retail prices and movement by product
From tonight at midnight the retail price of Eurodiesel will be reduced by 6.5 denars, to 95 denars per liter, after earlier exceeding the 100-denar mark. Retail prices of gasoline—Eurosuper BS-95 and Eurosuper BS-98—will each rise by 1 denar and will be sold at 94 and 96 denars per liter, respectively.
The retail price of the extra light household heating oil is set to fall by 3.5 denars to 97 denars, while the price of mazut is reduced by 1.166 denars and will be 44.410 denars per kilogram.
RKE said the decision reflects changes in reference world market prices for oil derivatives compared with the previous calculation: an average increase for gasoline of 2.212 percent, and decreases for diesel of 8.237 percent, for extra light heating oil of 4.389 percent, and for mazut of 2.793 percent.
The regulator's adjustments are intended to align local retail prices with movements on international markets; consumers will see the new prices at service stations after the change becomes effective at midnight.
