Rain, north wind and falling temperatures — forecast from tomorrow until mid next week
Forecast: locally heavy rain (over 20 l/m²), thunderstorms possible; snow at higher elevations from Tuesday and north wind with falling temperatures from Monday.

From tomorrow until the middle of next week, variable cloudiness will dominate and rain is expected in many places, with some areas receiving locally heavier amounts.
Possible heavy downpours and thunderstorms, colder air arriving
The Hydrometeorological Service warns that on multiple locations more than 20 liters of rain per square metre are expected, with Sunday singled out as the day with the greatest risk for concentrated precipitation. Localized storms could bring intense showers, gusty winds and thunder.
On Tuesday, a colder air mass will move in and precipitation at some higher mountain elevations may change over to snow.
In Skopje the forecast is for variable clouds with intermittent rain from tomorrow through mid next week. Parts of the Skopje basin may see heavier rainfall and isolated thunder.
From Monday onward a moderate to strong north wind is expected, accompanied by falling temperatures across the country.
