Two Latvians and a Ukrainian detained in probe of planned arson at Slovak drone factory
One Latvian was arrested in Germany; the other Latvian and the Ukrainian were detained in Slovakia in a probe of a planned arson at an eastern drone factory.

Slovak authorities say two of the people detained in connection with a suspected plot to set fire to a drone factory in the eastern part of the country are Latvian, and the third is Ukrainian.
The regional prosecutor's office in the eastern city of Prešov reported that one of the Latvians was arrested in Germany, while the other Latvian and the Ukrainian were taken into custody in Slovakia.
Investigation under way
Prosecutors described the three as suspects in planning an arson attack on a factory that produces unmanned aerial vehicles, without releasing further operational details. Authorities have not publicly identified the company or the precise location of the facility beyond saying it is in the country's east.
Officials said the arrests involved cross-border cooperation after at least one suspect was located outside Slovakia. Local investigators are continuing inquiries to determine the scope of the plot and whether additional suspects or accomplices were involved.
The prosecutor's office did not provide a timetable for charges or court proceedings. The case remains under active investigation and authorities said they will announce further details as they become available.
