Emanuel Avornio moves from Bashkimi Kumanovo to Al‑Adalah in Saudi Arabia
The Ghanaian forward left Bashkimi Kumanovo and signed for Al‑Adalah in Saudi Arabia’s second tier on 19.08.2026.

Emanuel Avornio, the Ghanaian forward who until recently played for Bashkimi Kumanovo, has continued his career in Saudi Arabia after agreeing to join Al‑Adalah, a club that competes in the country’s second‑tier league. The move was announced on 19.08.2026.
Avornio earned a reputation over the past seasons as one of the most prolific strikers in the Macedonian First League, attracting interest from several clubs at home and in neighbouring countries.
Clubs that followed his form viewed him as a valuable attacking option, but Avornio chose to pursue an opportunity on the Arabian Peninsula.
Financial incentive tipped the balance
According to reports, the decisive factor in the transfer was the significantly higher financial package on offer in Saudi Arabia compared with what is typically available across the Balkans. Avornio will therefore move to a football environment where salaries for players outside the biggest European leagues have risen sharply in recent years.
Bashkimi Kumanovo lose a forward who was regularly mentioned among the league’s top scorers; the club will now need to consider replacements ahead of the domestic season.
