Ferrero, one of the world’s largest confectionery producers, is recruiting seasonal staff for its production lines in Italy ahead of the 2026 season, offering shift work and a guaranteed minimum gross annual salary of €25,146.66.
Jobs at the Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi plant
The vacancies are for temporary positions at the Ferrero factory in Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi, in the province of Avellino. Work is organised in shifts and the company says applications remain open throughout the year for seasonal roles on the production lines.
The starting pay is set under the Italian collective agreement for the food industry. According to ConcorsiPubblici.net the guaranteed minimum gross annual salary is €25,146.66; final pay will vary depending on the length of the contract and the number of hours worked. Staff are expected to be flexible, as production operates in three shifts and can include weekend work.
No specific professional qualifications or prior factory experience are required for applicants. The advert emphasises that safety, precision and the ability to work in a team matter more than previous experience. Candidates must submit a CV via Ferrero’s official careers portal and will pass through a multi-stage selection process that includes interviews.
Ferrero’s largest German production site is in Stadtallendorf, Hesse, where the company has been present since 1956; it was Ferrero’s first factory established outside Italy and today produces almost all Ferrero products sold on the German market. The company’s early production included the hazelnut-and-chocolate spread Cremalba, the predecessor of Nutella, and Mon Chéri pralines; the product range later expanded to include Nutella, Duplo, Kinder Chocolate, Tic Tac, Kinder Surprise, Milk Slices, Ferrero Rocher and Raffaello.
Separately, Nutella has been relaunched in a new variant with peanuts — the first new Nutella product introduced in more than 60 years.
