North Macedonia U17 draw 3-3 with Montenegro
Gloria Todorova scored twice but Lica Mitsovska rescued a 3-3 draw in the first of two U17 friendlies on 22 September 2026.
North Macedonia's U17 women's team played out an entertaining 3-3 draw with Montenegro in the first of two scheduled friendlies on September 22, 2026.
Montenegro opened the scoring early: Teodora Čabalović struck in the 4th minute, Milena Čukić made it 2-0 after 17 minutes, and Tamara Jovović extended the visitors' lead to 3-0 in the 22nd minute.
The hosts mounted a comeback before half-time when Gloria Todorova pulled one back in the 35th minute. Todorova doubled her tally in the 62nd minute to make it 3-2.
The match was levelled late when Lica Mitsovska produced the equaliser in the 86th minute, leaving the teams to share the spoils at 3-3.
The game served as the opening fixture of a two-match programme between the neighbouring countries and offered valuable minutes for a number of young players in both squads.
