On 29.08.2026 KMF Projekt salvaged a 3:3 draw in Graz and ended the qualifying group with two points.
KMF Projekt played out a 3:3 draw against Maccabi Netanya in the third round of the Champions League qualifying group on 29.08.2026, bringing their campaign in Graz, Austria to an end.
The Israeli side carried the initiative for large portions of the match, but KMF Projekt repeatedly responded and forced the match into a 3-3 finish. The Macedonian goals were scored by Dimitriev, Yanev and Blagoevski.
That result marked the second draw for KMF Projekt in the group stage. With two draws and one defeat they finished the mini-tournament with two points and placed third in the group.
Earlier in the qualifying round KMF Projekt opened with a loss to the host team from Graz, followed by a draw with Siliko, and then today’s 3-3 against Maccabi Netanya.
Although the team showed resilience by clawing back from deficits during the game, the collected two points were not enough to advance from the group in Graz.
KMF Projekt will return home to assess the campaign and prepare for the next domestic season after the end of the qualifying tournament in Austria.
