30-year-old woman from Gostivar detained after allegedly striking her father with a wooden object
A.P. (30) was detained on 10 August at 15:30 after a report by her 62-year-old father; police say he suffered injuries.
A 30-year-old woman from Gostivar was detained after her father reported that she physically attacked him and caused injuries with a wooden object.
Gostivar Police Station says A.P. (30) was taken into custody on 10 August at 15:30 following a prior complaint filed by her 62-year-old father.
Police: short argument escalated into physical attack
According to the report, a brief argument between the two escalated and the woman attacked her father. During the incident she used a wooden object and inflicted injuries on him.
A.P. remains held at the police station. The police said that once the case is fully documented, the competent authorities will submit the appropriate charges.
In a separate item published alongside the notice it was stated: "Two dentistry professors and a student will face charges; allegedly she paid them to pass a professional exam."
