Protesters outside RTV Pink in Belgrade; police cordon protects building
Protesters threw eggs at the Pink façade and chanted against media owners while police guarded the entrance.
Angry citizens gathered outside the headquarters of RTV Pink in Belgrade on October 26, 2026, after earlier disturbances near the Informer outlet. Police formed a cordon and moved from the roadway to stand directly at the entrance of the Pink building to protect the premises.

People in the crowd threw eggs at the façade and chanted a song addressed to the station’s owners and management. Vehicles passing the street sounded sirens in apparent support of the demonstrators.
Social media posts captured the atmosphere. One tweet read, "RTV Pink, the home of Kristijan Golubović and Željko Mitrović," and another said, "People are gathering at Pink! Police were waiting!" both posted on October 26, 2026 and attributed to the respective accounts.
Police kept a visible presence at the site; according to on-the-ground accounts, officers repositioned from the carriageway so their line stood immediately before the main entrance.
The action in front of Pink came after earlier unrest in which protesters entered the offices of Informer RS and police intervened to remove the outlet’s owner, Vučičević. Tonight’s gatherings are part of the same wave of public anger directed at several media outlets.
There were no immediate reports of major injuries or arrests from the Pink demonstration; authorities in Belgrade continue to monitor the situation as crowds remain outside the building.
