Barcelona manager Hansi Flick won September’s La Liga coach award after four league wins and a 19:5 goal difference in the month.
Hansi Flick has been named La Liga coach of the month for September after Barcelona continued their strong start to the 2026–27 Spanish season.
Back-to-back recognition after another flawless month
The German tactician also won the award in August and claimed the September prize following Barcelona's dominant performances. Flick beat rivals Diego Simeone and Manuel Pellegrini to the honour, receiving votes from both supporters and a panel of experts.
During September Barcelona won all four of their La Liga fixtures, producing a remarkable goal difference of 19:5 across those matches.
That run helped Barcelona remain at the top of the league table: the side has a perfect record of seven wins from seven matches so far in the championship.
The award underlines the rapid momentum Flick has built at Barcelona early in the campaign as the club seeks to sustain its title challenge.
