Helena Rosa, 49, became a grandmother

Former Macedonian television presenter and model Helena Rosa, now 49, has become a grandmother: her daughter Kjara and son-in-law Stefan Pauni welcomed their first child, a daughter named Inara Rose, on 20 September 2026.

From high-profile TV work to family life in Auckland

Rosa made her name in Macedonia as a presenter and model whose programmes challenged taboos and drew large audiences. Her theatrical photoshoots and striking editorials — including a Marilyn Monroe–styled image on a motorbike that remained widely remembered — helped define her public image.

More than a decade ago, at the height of her career and seeking a different life, Helena and her husband Igor, a former footballer, relocated with their children Kjara and Tian to Auckland, New Zealand. Reflecting on the move she has said, "Although the beginning was quite difficult, today we are fully enjoying the fruits of our hard work."

Rosa has been married to Igor for more than 15 years; he is 11 years her junior. On social media she often shares glimpses of domestic life — from home cooking to everyday family scenes — and has said she is happiest when she can devote time to her household.

Kjara graduated from law school and qualified as a lawyer in New Zealand before becoming engaged and later marrying Stefan Pauni. The arrival of baby Inara Rose adds a new chapter to the family's milestones, and Helena has expressed clear pride and joy at becoming a grandmother while continuing to maintain the charisma that marked her television years.
