Igor Dzambazov building luxury villa in Dojran with million‑dollar view
The actor‑musician is close to finishing a lakeside home with large windows and panoramic views.
Actor, musician and writer Igor Dzambazov is finishing a new, spacious villa by Lake Dojran that he says will soon be ready for him to move into.
In recent posts on social media he shared a short video revealing the house’s layout and, above all, the wide water views that stretch from the property — a panorama he called "worth a million dollars."
Design and the view
The footage shows a residence with large floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-plan layout designed to maximise the outlook over Lake Dojran. Work appears to be in the final stages and the interior already looks fitted out to a high standard.
Dzambazov has long spoken about Dojran as one of his favourite places in the country. The new home is being built at that lakeside location so that the view becomes the dominant feature of daily life.
He is reportedly eager to receive the keys and begin the move, and the quick progress suggests the handover could happen soon.
This article is a revisit of an earlier feature, published as a reminder of one of Dzambazov’s long‑running personal projects.
