Iran fires two ballistic missiles toward the UAE; both fall into the sea, no material damage
One missile fell outside the country's territorial waters and the other inside UAE territorial waters; the Defence Ministry says air-defence systems detected the threat and a public warning was issued.

Iran fired two ballistic missiles toward the United Arab Emirates (UAE), but authorities in the UAE said there was no material damage because both projectiles fell into the sea.
What officials reported
The UAE Defence Ministry said one missile landed outside the country's territorial waters while the other fell within UAE territorial waters. The ministry added that the nation’s air-defence systems detected the rocket threat.
Officials also said the incident prompted a public warning. This was described as the first missile threat to the country since May this year.
The UAE reported no material damage from the strikes. Authorities have not reported any casualties.
The attack marks a renewed episode in cross‑regional tensions, with the UAE flagging the launches to the public and international observers monitoring developments.
Local authorities said they were continuing to assess the incident and monitor maritime approaches for any debris or related hazards.
