The North Macedonia international played just over 23 minutes, finishing the game with 11 points, four rebounds and one assist.
Napoli used the win to kick off their European campaign successfully on their own floor, handing Bourg — the reigning EuroCup champions from last season — a losing start in the title defence.

Fellow countryman Nenad Dimitrijevic also began his EuroCup season with a victory, as his Greek club Aris recorded a winning result in the opening round.
The result leaves Napoli with an encouraging opening day outcome as the EuroCup season gets under way.
