Confidence and team chemistry
“Football is a team game, and from the first day at Bregalnica I feel like part of one big family. First of all, I want to thank the club for welcoming me with open arms. I feel excellent and have great support and trust from the board, the coaching staff and my teammates. We are a family that on the field shows what it means to die for each other. We have excellent chemistry in the club, mutual understanding and support, and we also feel huge support from the city of Shtip and from our supporters. Bregalnica will yet show what quality it possesses. With great respect for every opponent, but also with seriousness and character on the pitch, we go to Struga for the first away points.” — Jashar told the club's website.
The goalkeeper believes that the team’s cohesion will produce better results in the coming fixtures and called on teammates to maintain focus and discipline.
