Jürgen Klopp delivers reassurance to Jamal Musiala after preseason health episodes
Klopp said Musiala has his backing after two brief collapses in preseason testing; Bayern links the problem to a medication change.

Germany coach Jürgen Klopp publicly declared his full support for Jamal Musiala after the young playmaker experienced health episodes during Bayern Munich's preseason.
Musiala, a key attacking midfielder for Bayern, collapsed twice in preseason testing. Medical staff reported these were brief losses of consciousness and said the incidents should not prevent him from continuing his career at the highest level.
Bayern attributed the deterioration in his condition to a change in medication. The club has left Musiala out of the matchday squad for now, though he has continued to train at full intensity.
Klopp's reassurance to the player and the public
“If he is worried that this will somehow affect the national team, I can assure him that it will not. Of course it will not — quite the opposite,” Klopp said ahead of the Bundesliga season opener between Bayern Munich and Stuttgart.
The Germany manager emphasised there was no need for alarm and stressed his confidence that Musiala can remain an important figure for both club and country as doctors continue their assessments.
