Jordan Mitev has become one of the defining live acts of this summer, filling squares and halls across North Macedonia with audiences who sing along to his best-known songs.

Videos and photos shared in recent weeks on Facebook show packed venues and crowds dancing to traditional Macedonian oro and to Mitev’s biggest hits. The clips, widely circulated online, underline his popularity both at home and in the diaspora.
Over the past weekend Mitev delivered a large-scale show in Vidovishte that left attendees talking, and he followed that performance with another successful engagement the next day.
Under one of the posted videos he described the endurance of the evening: "When you start at 21:30 and finish at 03:15, and in the end the audience greets you from the heart as a sign of gratitude… These are not staged reactions, these are not agreed scenes, this is not an audience brought in for photographing and shouting! This is an audience earned only through effort and work, a good song and music. Thank you! Be healthy and live long!", he wrote under the video.
Fans and commenters have emphasized the emotion and energy his performances generate, noting that his concerts often turn into marathon celebrations of song and dance.
As a capstone to a busy season, the singer has announced plans for a large solo concert in Skopje at the end of the year, where he intends to present his biggest hits to the capital’s audience.
