Jhon Janer Lucumí Bonilla, 28, is a left‑footed central defender who came through Deportivo Cali before moving to Genk in 2018 and then to Bologna in 2022. He has become a regular for the Colombia national team and brings Serie A experience that Juventus expect will strengthen their back line.
([en.wikipedia.org](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jhon_Lucum%C3%AD?utm_source=openai))Juventus signed Lucumí to add technical ability and pace to their central defence ahead of the 2026/27 season, with the club signalling they expect him to make an immediate contribution. The contract length to mid‑2030 gives the club time to integrate him into their long‑term plans.

Juventus now add Lucumí to a defensive corps that has been reshaped over recent windows.
