Banorët e Karpošit ankohen: Rruga “Atinska” e hapur një muaj, po e kalojmë në pluhur

Rruga "Atinska" në komunën Karpoš, në pjesën pranë bulevardit 8 Shtatori, prej rreth një muaji është lënë e hapur pasi në fillim të korrikut u njoftua se do të niste riparimi i saj; banorët ankohen se pluhuri dhe ndërprerja e punimeve po krijojnë shqetësime të përditshme.

Banorët e pallateve pranë thonë se po përthithin pluhur dhe se automjetet e parkuara janë dëmtuar. Një banore përshkroi gjendjen me fjalë: "We broke our cars and we have been choking on dust. They removed the existing asphalt a month ago and since then there has been neither worker nor machinery on site. Yesterday afternoon they parked one excavator on the street and that was it. I don’t understand why they start something and then leave it unfinished."

Më 10 korrik kryetari Sotir Lukrovski shpalli nisjen e punimeve dhe tha se pjesa do të rindërtohej plotësisht: "We are starting a full reconstruction of this section of Atinska Street. We ask citizens for patience and understanding while construction activities last," the mayor said. Ai njoftoi se vlera e investimit është 16 million denarë, dhe afati për realizim ishte 30 ditë pune.

Reagime dhe sqarime

Në rrjetet sociale një banore kritikoi ndërprerjen e punimeve dhe ndikimin në shëndetin publik: "A month ago you started digging the street on Boulevard ‘8th of September’ and you leave it unfinished. For a month we have been suffocating in sand! In response to citizens you say the same crew digs here and there, that you will come and asphalt. Today you say your crew is on annual leave. You could have closed the street and prevented this torture! With what right are you so irresponsible and harm the health of the citizens!?"

Komuna e Karpošit tha se punimet janë në vazhdim dhe përshkroi aktivitetet e tanishme: "We inform you that at the moment, on Atinska Street, construction workers are installing curbstones and stormwater drains. Additionally, in the next few days the first layer of asphalt will be applied to the street. With the current pace, workers will continue the implementation of this project," though the municipal reply did not mention that the original completion term expired on August 10.

Banorët që dërguan fotografi thonë se imazhet nuk tregojnë aktivitete të mëdha në terren dhe kërkojnë nga komuna një kalendar të detajuar të punimeve dhe masa për kontrollin e pluhurit derisa rruga të përfundojë plotësisht.
