Basketball Federation of North Macedonia sanctions referees and delegate after Super Cup
Two referees and a delegate received four‑match bans after expert review and video inspection of the Super Cup games.

The Basketball Federation of North Macedonia announced sanctions against game officials who worked the men's and women's Super Cup matches, after an expert review of the games and video footage.
Sanctions and reasons
Two referees, Boro Antovski and Nikola Jakimovski, were disciplined under Article 87.3 for poor officiating and have been banned from performing duties for four matches in all leagues.
Delegate Zoran Nikolovski was punished under Article 80 for "disorderly and incomplete implementation of decisions, omission in timely and proper reaction" and received the same four‑match ban across all competitions.
The federation's statement said the measures followed an expert report and review of video material. The decisions were announced on 09.10.2026.
The sanctions come after a dramatic Super Cup finish: MZT Skopje prevailed in the closing moments, while Kumanovo had a chance to force overtime but, in the final seconds, the referees did not award a foul.
No further details about appeals or additional disciplinary steps were provided in the announcement.
