Zdravko Čolić concert forces Pelister to play in Kavadarci

Zdravko Čolić's recent concert has led FK Pelister to relocate a home fixture to Kavadarci, the club announced on 18 August 2026.

The club said the Vtora Liga (VMFL) match that Pelister would have hosted at the Petar Miloshevski stadium in Bitola will instead be played in Kavadarci because the Bitola pitch is undergoing repairs.

Stadium works after concert

According to the club, damage to the surface following the concert made immediate remediation necessary. Local authorities decided to intervene and begin restoration work on the turf at Petar Miloshevski.

As a result, Brera will travel to Kavadarci rather than play in Bitola. Pelister said the temporary move is a measure while the condition of the field is monitored and further decisions about future matches are made.

The club did not announce a new long-term home venue; officials said they will follow the progress of the repairs and update supporters about any additional schedule changes.
