Kremlin does not confirm visit by Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the public will be informed if a meeting takes place; Kyiv visit by US envoys is also expected.

The Kremlin has not confirmed reports that US special envoys Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff will visit Moscow, the presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said, adding that the public will be informed if a meeting takes place.
News of a possible trip comes amid renewed diplomatic efforts to end the war in Ukraine, as governments and mediators press for ways to reduce hostilities.
Security situation and Kyiv plans
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that the US envoys are expected to travel to Kyiv in the coming days.
Meanwhile, Russian attacks on Ukraine continue. Local authorities reported that at least three people were killed in overnight strikes.
Air strikes have intensified and fighting along the eastern and southern fronts remains largely without significant territorial changes.
