Criminal complaint filed against woman from Sveti Nikole for threats to husband and children
Police say the 42-year-old was accused of threatening her husband and children on 8 August 2026; a criminal complaint was submitted to prosecutors.
A criminal complaint has been filed against a 42-year-old woman from Sveti Nikole on suspicion that she endangered her family by making threats toward her husband and their children.
"The External Office for Criminal Investigations in Sveti Nikole has filed a criminal complaint against S.T. (42) on grounds of suspicion for committing the criminal offence 'endangering security,' the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) informed."
According to the complaint, the incidents took place on 8 August 2026 inside the family home, where the woman allegedly directed threats at her husband and the children.
Police records released alongside the report note related activity in the area of domestic violence: one aggressor has been arrested out of a total of six reported cases of domestic violence.
The filing of the criminal complaint marks the start of formal proceedings; the case will be handled by the competent investigative authorities as they gather evidence and determine further steps.
Authorities said they will provide additional information as the investigation progresses and when procedural decisions are made.
