Kumanovo signs American point guard Cameron Gooden
The Macedonian Cup finalist added the 183 cm guard, who last played for Rayos de Hermosillo in Mexico's CIBACOPA.

Kumanovo have continued rebuilding their roster for the upcoming domestic season by signing American point guard Cameron Gooden. The club, which reached the final of the Macedonian Cup last season, added Gooden as a new option for its backcourt.
Gooden was born on 3 December 1998 in Slidell, Louisiana. He is listed at 183 cm and plays at the point guard position, bringing ball-handling and playmaking duties to Kumanovo's lineup.
Most recently Gooden played for Rayos de Hermosillo in Mexico's CIBACOPA league, where he gained professional experience outside of the United States.
College background and role
He competed at the collegiate level in the NCAA, representing the University of Utah and Dixie State. Kumanovo expect Gooden to help organise the offense and provide steady minutes at the guard spot.
Earlier this summer the club also finalised contracts with Bojan Krstevski, Boban Stajić, Renato Dimitrievski and Alek Petkovski as part of its roster construction for the new campaign.
The addition of Gooden strengthens Kumanovo's options in the backcourt as they prepare for domestic league play and another Cup challenge.
