Kumanovo signs Stefan Fundić
Serbian forward Stefan Fundić, born June 30, 1994 in Belgrade, joins KK Kumanovo to strengthen the frontcourt.
KK Kumanovo announced on October 13, 2026 that it has signed Serbian forward Stefan Fundić for the remainder of the season, strengthening the club’s frontline depth.
Fundić, born June 30, 1994 in Belgrade, is a versatile frontcourt player who operates primarily as a wing but frequently fills minutes at center. His professional career began in 2014 with Beovuk.
Experience across the region
After his debut season, Fundić went on to represent several clubs across the Balkans, including Vršac, Mega, Zadar and Igokea. That track record makes him one of the more experienced international signings available to Kumanovo this season.
The club noted that adding Fundić will bring additional quality, experience and more physical presence under the basket, resources Kumanovo expects to use as it pursues its domestic objectives.
Fundić’s arrival is presented as a midseason reinforcement aimed at shoring up the team’s rotation in the frontcourt; he is eligible to play immediately under the club’s announcement.
