Macedonian Cup 1/16-finals: Vardar to face Ovche Pole, Struga Trim Lum at Pobeda Valandovo
Vardar drawn to play at Ovche Pole; Struga Trim Lum travel to Pobeda Valandovo as the 1/16-final pairings were announced.

The Football Federation of Macedonia conducted the draw on 20 August 2026 to determine the pairings for the opening 1/16-final round of the 2026/27 Macedonian Cup.
Champion Vardar will begin their defence away at Ovche Pole, while Struga Trim Lum are drawn to travel to Pobeda Valandovo. In total, fifteen matches are scheduled in this phase; cup holder Sileks received a bye and will enter directly in the 1/8-finals.

The 1/16-final matches are set for 1 or 2 September 2026. Two fixtures — Kroshu Sport Bitola vs Tikvesh and Mogila vs Aresimi — are exceptions and will be played on 24 September because a selection from Bitola will take part in the qualifying phase of the UEFA Regional Cup in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Home teams may stage their cup ties at stadiums approved for at least Second MFL competition. According to the Cup regulations for the 2026/27 season, every tie up to the final is a single match; there will be no two-legged rounds. If a game finishes level after 90 minutes, the winner will be decided immediately by penalties.
