Round of 16 ties in the Macedonian Cup on October 28, 2026 produced one major upset: Makedonija G.P. overturned a 0:2 deficit to draw 2:2 with Bregalnica and then prevailed 5:4 in the penalty shootout.
After falling two goals behind, the home side fought back to level the score in regular time and proved steadier from the spot. Matej Angelov was the tragic figure for Bregalnica after missing his attempt in the decisive penalty sequence.
Struga TL recorded a routine home victory, beating Belasica 2:0 to reach the next round. Skopje also progressed with a narrow 1:0 win over Novaci, courtesy of Gordić’s goal in the 68th minute.

Rabotnicki edged second‑division Kamenica Sasa 3:2 in another Cup tie. In the remaining match, Bashkimi were defeated 0:2 by Shkendija A.
