Lidija Vukicevic, 64, poses in black lingerie and reveals her routine for a youthful look

Lidija Vukicevic, now 64, once again set social media abuzz with a series of striking holiday photos taken in Turkey, proving she treats age as a number. The long‑standing actress — remembered from shows like "Podobar zivot" and "Zikina dinastija" — posed confidently from her hotel room in a revealing look that attracted immediate attention.

In the images she wore a black top and matching black lingerie, a towel wrapped around her head and dark sunglasses; in one candid moment she even held a toothpick between her lips, which fans said added a relaxed, self‑assured edge to the shots.

Diet, habits and walks instead of the gym

Her slim silhouette and deep tan prompted a flood of comments, but Vukicevic’s appearance is the result of long‑standing habits. She avoids meat, unhealthy fats and sweets, favoring fish, vegetables and fruit as staples of her diet. She has said she never drank alcohol and limits herself to water, lemonade and freshly squeezed orange juice.

She frequently skips breakfast or eats only chia seeds and fruit, and typically takes her first main meal as late as 16:00. Rather than regular gym sessions, she credits long walks in nature — usually accompanied by the dogs and cats she cares for — as the core of her physical routine.

On the source of her youthful look she has been candid: "Many people ask me what the secret is, but I think that it is this — a cheerful heart! People with positive thoughts and with joy that they always carry in themselves do not get those unpleasant wrinkles and remain spiritually young. The inner feeling always has an effect on the outward appearance," she shared on one occasion in an interview for Glamour.

Vukicevic also has a long relationship with audiences in North Macedonia through her theatre work and speaks warmly of the country. "Ohrid is irreplaceable!" she said, adding: "I feel at home in Macedonia! We have travelled almost the whole country, but Ohrid is irreplaceable. It is a fantastic town with a large number of churches and it is my favourite place. The Macedonian audience is very educated and theatrically skilled. All these people are my people — I am theirs and they are mine!" Whether through provocative holiday photos or candid reflections on life, Lidija Vukicevic shows why she is still regarded as possessing timeless beauty.
