A 41-year-old man from Skopje was arrested after police found him driving with 2.13‰ blood-alcohol concentration and without a driving licence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.

The incident happened last night, at about 1:00 a.m., on the Ilinden–Marino local road. Officers from the Mobile Unit for Traffic Safety stopped the vehicle and identified the driver as D.V., 41, from Skopje.
