Champions League: Real Madrid in Athens, Liverpool in Istanbul
Nine fixtures finish matchday 4 tonight; Real Madrid at AEK and Liverpool at Fenerbahçe are the standout visits.

Tonight's fourth matchday of the Champions League finishes with nine fixtures, scheduled for 18:45 and 21:00, and two high-profile trips stand out: Real Madrid travel to Athens and Liverpool visit Istanbul.
Key fixtures and stakes
Jose Mourinho and "the Kings" face AEK in Athens while Liverpool head to Fenerbahçe's stadium, described in local coverage as "the inferno" in Istanbul. Both visits are notable tests but also opportunities — wins would keep Real Madrid and Liverpool on a perfect run.
With victories, both clubs can remain "four from four" in the group stage; it will not be straightforward, yet both sides arrive as clear favorites for their matches.
Real Betis are also trying to extend their winning start and are "chasing" a fourth victory, but they must do it away at Borussia Dortmund, where Dortmund are widely regarded as the favourite.
Other notable fixtures tonight include Arsenal at Slavia Prague and Manchester City in Leipzig. In total nine matches will close out matchday four across Europe.
Full fixture lists and kick-off times are available from competition schedules; the main spotlight this evening will be on AEK vs Real Madrid and Fenerbahçe vs Liverpool.
