Ranking published after the fourth World Cup qualifying window puts North Macedonia on 237.7 points, down one place.

The North Macedonia men's national basketball team sits 65th in the latest FIBA world rankings released after the conclusion of the fourth qualifying window for the 2027 World Cup.
North Macedonia now totals 237.7 points and has fallen one place compared with the previous ranking.
Top positions and recent changes
The United States remain at the top with 952.3 points, followed by Germany on 877.4 and France on 870.9. France moved ahead of Serbia, which is now fourth with 870.6 points.
The remainder of the top ten includes Canada, Spain, Australia, Argentina, Turkey and Lithuania.
Among North Macedonia’s opponents from the Euro pre-qualifiers, Austria — whom North Macedonia beat in Vienna — is ranked 66th, while Cyprus occupies 69th place.
