The Macedonian national basketball team opens the last pre-qualifying window at the end of the month, and the first test will come against Austria on August 30 in Vienna. Organizers in the city are calling on Macedonian expatriates to turn out and back the team.
The group Makedonska Falanga - Wien, active among the diaspora, urged fans to gather in support of the players and said they will once again organize for the national side. The message underlined that these supporters regularly mobilize for Macedonian national teams and view their activity as service to sport and to the country.
