Macedonian international Mario Mladenovski has emerged as the highest-rated centre-back in the Croatian top flight so far this season (09.10.2026).
According to the seasonal ratings compiled by journalists, Mladenovski, who plays for Varaždin, holds an average score of 6,56 after eight rounds.
Ranking and recognition
He sits top of the list among centre-backs, ahead of Niki Galešić of Dinamo Zagreb and Anel Husić of Rijeka, both recorded with an average rating of 6,40.
His performances have also earned him a place in the ideal XI for the season-to-date as selected by sports journalists.
The ranking underlines Mladenovski's influence at club level in the opening phase of the campaign and provides a notable individual accolade for the Macedonian international.
