Mickoski posts photo with Donald Trump

Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski on Thursday posted a photograph on Facebook showing him and his wife, Rozi Mickoska, standing with US President Donald Trump.
The image was taken during Mickoski’s recent visit to the United States, where he attended the 81st United Nations General Assembly.

The picture, Mickoski says, was captured at the traditional reception for heads of state and government that the US president holds during the General Assembly. The meeting took place at the Lot Palace hotel in New York and was closed to the media.
In the caption accompanying the photo Mickoski wrote: "Macedonia and the United States, an alliance based on trust, support and friendship."
The post confirms that the encounter occurred on the margins of the UN gathering; Mickoski shared the image publicly on his Facebook page following the reception.
