The winner of the Brera–Hoffenheim tie will face the victor of the PAOK–Zrinjski clash in the third qualifying round. That tie is scheduled for 25 November and 9 December.

Brera made history as the first club from North Macedonia to progress through a round in the Youth Champions League qualifying phase, and the club will now prepare for the test against the German academy side.

Supporters and local observers will be watching closely as the young Strumica team aims to demonstrate the quality of football developing in North Macedonia.
