Ministry: Minors undressed and filmed a six-and-a-half-year-old pupil in Kočani
A 42-year-old man reported that his child was attacked in a sports-hall changing room and recorded on a smartwatch; prosecutor and social services notified.
The Ministry of Interior announced that minors undressed a six-and-a-half-year-old pupil in Kočani and filmed him with a smartwatch.
According to the report, a 42-year-old man from Kočani filed a complaint at the Regional Police Department (OVR) in Kočani after the incident took place in the changing room of a sports hall at a local elementary school. The report says the event occurred "yesterday at 12:45". (Published 25 September 2026, 13:52.)
Police say the complainant's six-and-a-half-year-old child was physically assaulted, undressed and recorded on a smartwatch by several other minors who are older than the victim.
Prosecutor and social services notified
The public prosecutor and the Center for Social Work were informed, the Ministry added. Authorities said measures are being taken to clarify the case and determine the circumstances of the assault and the identities of the other minors involved.
Investigators from the Kočani police unit are handling the matter and the Ministry said it will release additional information as the inquiry proceeds.
