At least 13 people have been killed and dozens wounded after a drone strike on the Russian republic of Tatarstan, local reports say, with some accounts indicating a petrochemical plant was hit.
Radmir Belyaev, the mayor of the industrial city of Nizhnekamsk, said the drones struck both civilian and industrial targets during the assault and that 39 people were injured.
