Nakovski Volej ended their run at the Balkan Women's Club Cup 2026 with a straight-sets loss to Olympiacos in Strumica, falling 3:0 (25:12, 25:11, 25:15) on 09.10.2026.
Olympiacos completes perfect record; Nakovski leave without a win
The tournament, hosted in Strumica over the past three days, featured four regional sides. Nakovski Volej were unable to register a victory against higher-ranked opponents that included Olympiacos, CSKA Sofia and Drita of Gjilan.
Olympiacos confirmed their dominance by finishing the competition with three wins, while CSKA Sofia recorded two victories and Drita managed one triumph.
The final match saw Olympiacos control the pace from the first set, winning 25:12, and carrying that advantage into the second and third sets (25:11 and 25:15) to secure the 3:0 result.
Although Nakovski Volej left the tournament without a victory, the club’s appearance on the international stage offered valuable experience for the Strumica players and a benchmark for further development.
